This is a shirt I made for my daughter while she was in college. She was a WWII veteran, and I wanted to make sure she had a shirt with her name on it. She’s been retired for 20 years now, but still wears this shirt at least once a year!

This shirt is for the daughter of a WWII veteran.

It’s also for anyone else who has a mother or father who served in WWII, who was wounded and is in need of physical therapy or rehabilitation.

Everyone has a hero, and I’m one of the lucky ones.

My dad was a WWII vet, and he didn’t talk about it much. But when he did, he’d always tell me: “Just make sure you never forget who your heroes are.”

Well, that’s exactly what I’ve done. I have a special place in my heart for all the people who gave so much to make our world a better place—and they’re all heroes to me.
