The band’s tour bus was fitted with a special toilet to ensure that no more than 800 pounds of excrement was emptied into the woods and waterways during each show. But in what seems like a rather difficult surprise party, one fan spotted their shirt pictured with an exclamation mark above it, implying that there was still poop somewhere near the vehicle. As far as we know, Dave Matthews musicians played their last gig on Saturday night (July 26).

Dave Matthews Band shared the above apology on their Facebook page this afternoon, saying that “it was an honest mistake and we are truly sorry.” We’d drop an extra $100 on a DMB shirt if we were you.
