You’re here to make this team better than they could be without you—not worse.

You’re here to lead by example and inspire by your work ethic and perseverance, not by what happens when you miss a jump shot or get called for traveling on defense (even though those things happen too). You can’t let those things take away from what you do best: making plays on offense and making plays on defense!
