After retiring from baseball, he began coaching and even worked with his brother Jason for the Philadelphia Philles. Unfortunately, in 2010, Jeremy passed away on Christmas Day. He was just 38 years old. His legacy of love and good will will live forever in this special jersey number design based off his original home team’s uniform.
